KAP Infusion Therapy

Intravenous (IV) Ketamine Therapy for mental health. New Patients: Please call or schedule on-line for an initial phone consultation prior to scheduling an in-person evaluation. In collaboration with your treating Physician/Psychiatrist, IV ketamine infusions can be given for certain treatment resistant psychiatric disorders. An in-office evaluation and lab work is required. Intake paperwork must be completed on-line prior to the initial evaluation appointment to allow time for review. During the initial evaluation, a physical exam and lab work are completed. If the initial appointment is via telehealth, a first follow-up appointment will be scheduled for the physical exam and lab draw. The cost for lab work is included in the cost of the initial evaluation. We will accept lab work results that have been completed within the last month, however please note that we test for markers that are not included in standard tests from your primary care provider and we will perform this baseline testing prior to the initiation of treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on clinical assessment. Initial Evaluation is a 90 minute appointment and includes a physical exam and fasting lab work. A pre-infusion Follow-up Appointment is 60 minutes and can be either in-person, via phone or Telehealth. This appointment is to review lab work and screening tests as well as initial preparation for infusions. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are roughly 3 hours in duration. The IV infusion itself is 40 minutes with time prior to the infusion for preparation and for post-infusion integration using various psychotherapeutic modalities.
