Guncles Gluten Free Bakery specializes in artisan treats that everyone can enjoy! We small batch blend whole grains to create our special gluten-free flour. Wholesome, fresh, gluten-free ingredients are used in the baking process to create flavorful recipes inspired by our parents, our travels and our rich Southern culture. Guncles is the only dedicated gluten free bakery in Mobile and Baldwin Counties of Alabama. Guncles offers delivery Monday-Friday in parts of Mobile and Baldwin counties and nationwide shipping options for gluten free fans that are further away!
Our Products
Guncles Gluten Free bakery features sweet and savory treats which are created in a dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen.
